Creed Williams
Prior to real estate licensing in 2003, Mr. Williams founded, operated and sold restaurants located in Buena Vista and Keystone, Colorado. By 2006 he completed the coursework, exams, and portfolio requirements for membership into the CCIM Institute. During the most recent recession he purchased, operated and sold a forty five space manufactured home community. Additionally, Mr. Williams graduated with honors and holds a B.A. in Economics.
Mr. Williams is a ski mountaineer and whitewater boater having 2,000+ days skiing and more than 20,000 river miles – including nine Grand Canyon trips and professionally guiding rafts in Australia. Living in Buena Vista since 1990, he is originally from Bloomington, Indiana and has wintered in Steamboat Springs, Summit County, Telluride, Brighton Utah and Jackson Wyoming. He’s skied in Canada a few times and will re-visit Chamonix, France soon.
